Manuel Minguillón Nieto and his group, Ensemble Tarantella gave a concert "Arded Corazón Arded: Música en los tiempos de Lope de Vega" at Knox Presbyterian Church in Stratford Ontario, June 28, 2008 and in Montreal, June 25, 2008. The concert was part of the "Violence in Golden Age Theatre" conference organized by the Hispanic Baroque project, GRISO, ACHT Inc., Calderon Research Group of the University of Santiago de Compostela, The University of Western Ontario, the University of Navarra & the Embassy of Spain in Canada.

One of our researchers, Manuel Minguillón Nieto gave a concert "Music from the Jesuit Missions" at Emmanuel College Chapel in Toronto, September 27, 2007. Co-presented by the University of Toronto and the Embassy of Spain to Canada.
